FileToolkit provides online file conversion and manipulation tools. Our services include but are not limited to:

PDF conversion (to/from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images)
PDF editing (merge, split, compress, rotate)
Document optimization

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only upload files you have the right to use
Not upload malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content
Not attempt to circumvent usage limits
Not abuse or overload our systems
Comply with all applicable laws

4. Usage Limits

We enforce usage limits based on your account type:

Guest users: Limited daily operations, 5MB file size limit
Free accounts: Increased limits, 25MB file size limit
Premium accounts: Unlimited operations, 500MB file size limit

Attempting to bypass these limits may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you agree to:

Automatic recurring billing
No refunds for partial months
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

6. File Handling

All uploaded files are:

Processed on secure servers
Automatically deleted after the retention period
Never shared with third parties
Not accessed by staff unless required for troubleshooting

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to files you upload. FileToolkit does not claim ownership of your content. Our service, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service availability
Perfect conversion quality for all files
Compatibility with all file formats

9. Limitation of Liability

FileToolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
